Friends of Single People is a live dating show hosted by Jo Firestone where notable and accomplished comedians represent single strangers in an otherwise classic dating game.
Interested in participating? If you're single and tired of all the horrific dating New York City has to offer, why not just put your love life in the hands of New York's best comedians. You'll be assigned a comedian who will talk to you for 10 minutes and try to answer questions on your behalf and find you a date, while you can sit comfortably and anonymously in the crowd. Arrive early to register. Open to all orientations.

Jo Firestone is a comedian and producer based in Brooklyn, NY. She creates and hosts several live shows around the city that usually fall under the genres of "low-brow" "recurring" "Brooklyn events". She can also be seen at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater hosting The Incredible Game Show Showcase and improvising with the Lloyd Team, Witch. Jo performs stand-up throughout the city, as well. Patrick Borelli
Patrick Borelli
Patrick Borelli has appeared on Comedy Central's Premium Blend and has been in dozens of sketches on Late Night with Conan O'Brien. He made his animated debut on the Cartoon Network's critically acclaimed sitcom Home Movies, and has written for Adult Swim's Assy McGee, ESPN's Cheap Seats, Comedy Central and Triumph the Insult Comic Dog. Patrick is currently a writer for Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.
Ana Fabrega
Ana Fabrega
Ana Fabrega is a comedian in New York City. She currently is a writer on truTV's The Chris Gethard Show, and hosts a monthly show at Starr Bar in Brooklyn called "Sundays with Ana." She has appeared on truTV's At Home with Amy Sedaris, IFC's Portlandia, NYTVF's "Let Me Die a Nun," various web videos for Comedy Central, and more. She also authored the comedy zines “The Truth About Pangaea" and “The Truth About Pangaea II,” published by Social Malpractice Publishing. She was selected for Just For Laughs “New Faces: Characters” in 2017 and for Comedy Central’s “Comics to Watch” for the 2016 New York Comedy Festival.
Maeve Higgins
Maeve Higgins
Maeve Higgins is a stand-up comedian from Ireland who basically performs wherever she can. So far this has included a bus and many major cities. As well as wowing and/or bewildering crowds at festivals like the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, the New Zealand Comedy Festival and the Eugene Mirman Comedy Festival in Brooklyn, she is a TV star at home and makes some great radio.
Kevin Iso
Kevin Iso
Born in Houston, Texas, Kevin has since moved to the Bronx. He has competed in the Funniest Person in Austin contest this past year and the Never Ending Comedy Contest in addition to being a member of the Comics With Attitude (“CWA”) Tour and was a featured performer at the Montreaux Comedy Festival.
Conner O'malley
Conner O'Malley started doing comedy in 2005 in his home town of Chicago. Conner has written and performed in over 20 original shows at the Annoyance Theater. He performed at iO on the harold teams Mrs. Dad, Sports Team, and Baby Problems. In 2012, Conner performed in the Chicago Just for Laughs Festival, in the solo sketch comedy showcase "Alone." He is a founding member of the video sketch comedy group Sad On Vacation. Conner is one third of the improv team Hunks'R'Us, a house team at The Upstairs Gallery in Chicago. He writes and makes videos for his website Coozehound. Conner is currently a writer for Late Night With Seth Meyers.

Josh Rabinowitz is a 26 year-old comedian in New York City. He has appeared on “Adam Devine’s House Party” on Comedy Central, and as a “New Face” at the Montreal “Just For Laughs” Festival. He has been named one of Comedy Central’s Comics to Watch at the New York Comedy Festival and one of “The Top 10 Up-and-Coming Comedians on Each Coast” on Splitsider.com. He played “Kent” on MTV’s “I Just Want My Pants Back” and acted in the Official Comedy Web Series “Love’s A Bitch,” featured on USA Today, HuffPost Comedy, Jezebel, Comedy Bureau, and Nerdist.com. He was a writer for the Lucas Brothers’ “Super Late Morning Show” on CC studios, and has been featured on the Comedy Central “On-Campus Tour” and the “CollegeHumor Live” Tour.

Yamaneika Saunders
Yamaneika Saunders has been captivating audiences with her dynamic stage presence for over a decade and across the entire country. Born and raised in Baltimore, MD, Yamaneika has since tackled both the New York and LA comedy scene by combining her high energy improv skills with a unique vulnerable perspective on life. This mix forces her to go beyond the typical humor one would expect to hear, and allows her to connect to audiences from any background. A semi-finalist on Last Comic Standing, one of the stars of Funny Girls on Oxygen and panelist on The Meredith Vieira Show, Yamaneika is finally bringing her talents to the world stage; let’s just hope they can handle her...
