Comedian Wyatt Cenac (“The Daily Show,” “King of the Hill”) and Producer Marianne Ways (“Hot Tub with Kurt and Kristen”), in conjunction with Littlefield, are proud to announce the weekly comedy showcase NIGHT TRAIN. Hosted by Brooklyn comedy favorite Wyatt Cenac, the show will feature comedy from the best local and international stand up comedians and will--at times--feature established and new musicians, local celebrities, and the occasional surprise only found in Gowanus.

Wyatt Cenac is a Brooklyn-based comedian and regular contributor and correspondent on “The Daily Show with Jon Stewart.” He reported his first field story in 2008 about Barack Obama, who was a Democratic presidential hopeful at the time. Cenac grew up in Dallas, Texas and later moved to North Carolina, where he attended college at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After graduation, Cenac moved to Los Angeles, where he spent three seasons as a writer on FOX's popular animated show, “King of the Hill.” In 2008, Cenac starred in the film, “Medicine For Melancholy,” which was nominated for three Independent Spirit Awards. In 2011, Cenac recorded his first one-hour comedy special, "Wyatt Cenac: Comedy Person" for Comedy Central. Cenac is a staple of the New York comedy scene and can be found headlining in venues across the country.

Nick Turner

Nick Turner made his television debut this year, performing stand up on "Late night with Jimmy Fallon." Nick has also performed at the Montreal Comedy Festival as a "New Face," earning a spot on the "Best of Fest" showcase. Other festivals he performed in this year include SXSW, The New York Comedy Festival and the Bridgetown Comedy Festival.
Judah Friedlander

Judah Friedlander is a regular cast member on the Thursday night NBC hit comedy "30 Rock," co-starring with Tina Fey and Alec Baldwin. Judah has been in over 20 movies including "Meet the Parents," "Zoolander," "Date Movie," "Wet Hot American Summer," "Feast," "Showtime," "Duane Hopwood" and "American Splendor," for which he was nominated for "Best Supporting Actor" at the Independent Spirit Awards. Judah's countless TV appearances include VH1's "Best Week Ever," HBO's "Curb Your Enthusiasm," MTV's "Wonder Showzen," "The Tonight Show" and other late-night talk shows and Comedy Central shows. Judah also starred as the Hug Guy in the classic Dave Matthews Band music video "Everyday". With 18 years of stand-up experience, Judah is a comic's comic and a crowd-pleaser. In his stand-up act, Judah is "The World Champion." He's a great athlete, gets tons of chicks and is a role model to children. And he's better than you at everything. His book "How to Beat Up Anybody: An Instructional and Inspirational Karate Book by the World Champion" is currently available in most places that sell books. And probably in some Dojos.
Sara Schaefer

Sara Schaefer is a critically acclaimed stand up comedian, writer, and producer based in New York City. She won two Emmy awards for her work as the Head Blogger for Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, was one of Comedy Central’s Comics to Watch in 2010, and has written for BestWeekEver.tv and Who Wants to Be A Millionaire. She has appeared on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, Best Week Ever, E!, Fuse, and AOL. She co-hosts a podcast called You Had To Be There with comedian Nikki Glaser, and is currently working on a pilot for MTV with Nikki.
Nikki Glaser

Nikki Glaser started performing stand-up comedy when she was only 18 and still attending college at the University of Kansas. Two years later, she auditioned for the fourth season of Last Comic Standing and was advanced to the semi-finals in Los Angeles. In 2007, she was invited to perform at the Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal. In 2009, Nikki made her first late night appearance as a guest on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. Currently, Nikki is performing in clubs all over the country and attempting to write the biography for her website.
Kyle Grooms

Best known for his hilarious half-hour stand-up special on Comedy Central and his guest appearances on VH-1, NBC's Last Comic Standing and Chappelle's Show, Kyle started doing stand-up at a local Miami night club while holding down a day job as Art Director at the Spanish-language network Univision. After a few years honing his act in Miami, Kyle said goodbye to Spanish TV and returned to New Jersey, where he was born. Within just a few months, Kyle has become a regular on the New York City comedy scene. Kyle has performed at New York's top comedy clubs, including Carolines, Comic Strip, Comedy Cellar and Gotham. He delivers an honest and intelligent view of the world and gives an intimate look into his life experiences growing up in the American melting pot. Kyle has a sharp sense of humor that appeals to a broad audience. His first comedy CD, The Legend of the Jersey Devil, was named one of iTunes' Top 100 Comedy CD's of 2009. Kyle has been featured on several television, radio and Internet broadcasts, including P-Diddy's Bad Boys of Comedy, Jamie Foxx's Laffapalooza, Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn, The Byron Allen Show, BET Comic View, Red Carpet Fashion, and for international flavor, Le Grande Journal in France. Kyle also has several appearances in national TV ad campaigns under his belt for companies including T-Mobile, Sears, Career Builders and Holiday Inn Express. Kyle continues to grow as an stand-up comedian, writer and actor and can be seen performing worldwide.
