Not Blood Paint - (Set time: 12:00 AM)

Long before you arrive at a Not Blood Paint show the rumours reach you. They are music, they are spectacle, they are hit 'n run theater, car crash club night, they are a disorientating re-imagining of what four men, five coats of make-up and accomplished musicality can do with a six by ten space.
The Yellow Dogs - (Set time: 11:00 PM)

The Yellow Dogs is an underground indie rock band from Tehran (Iran), formed in 2006, and somehow the youngest Iranian rock band. The culture in Tehran and the ideology of the Iranian government forced the young band to hide in their tiny practicing space (called SAGDOONI, Iranian for "dog house"), which they had build with their own hands on the roof top of their drummer's house. The Yellow Dogs are now living and playing in Brooklyn - and they're definitely not in hiding anymore.
Fan-Tan - (Set time: 9:00 PM)

"Brooklyn post-punk trio FAN-TAN are nearing completion of their debut LP entitled A Strange Game. Last month they released the album's first single "1989" to overwhelmingly complimentary reviews. The song is available as a free download at their bandcamp site. A Strange Game will be out later this year, with a US tour to follow.
FAN-TAN have come to be well-known for their intense live performances, melding swirling guitar noise and icy bass to post-punk rhythms, haloed by sharp, lilting vocal melodies. Like a more rigid MBV or a less rigid Gang of Four. A more dramatic JAMC. A kinder Suicide."
