“pure punk rock goodness” – Comic Geek Speak

Straight out of the NYC comedy community (Upright Citizens Brigade, the Groundlings) H2Awesome! cut their comedy teeth with such notables as Amy Poehler, Tina Fey, Adam McKay, Rob Riggle and others. Recently nominated for a Geekie award for their freshmen release, Zero Charisma, the 5 piece nerd-rock outfit celebrates pop culture through the lens of punk-rock anthems, well-crafted humor and over the top stage antics for a one-of-a-kind musical experience that you have to see to believe. Their first LP was released in 2013 and is available on iTunes and Bandcamp.

My Dark Little Corner
My Dark Little Corner
My Dark Little Corner is a punk band for teens and we don't care WHAT the parents say about us cursing in songs. We formed out of NECESSITY but became the greatest friends the world has ever seen. Jocks need not apply, they will not be allowed into our shows unless they are into gundam or Jack's Mannequin. Bottom line is if you feel like a loser, and outcast, a weirdo, a freak or an enigma, this band will play what is in your heart. Welcome home. Welcome to My Dark Little Corner.
Music Video Time Machine: Batdance with DJ Stephen Pitalo
This event series sprang from the mind & efforts of Stephen Pitalo, music video historian & VJ. While writing for his website THE GOLDEN AGE OF MUSIC VIDEO, he began throwing music video parties in various venues, filling an apparent void for classic music video events. So after some success, he figured, why not expand the idea, and invite music video fans to watch classic music videos on big screens as part of a full-blown creative event experience?
Just like that, MUSIC VIDEO TIME MACHINE was born. This club has it all: drink specials, music memorabilia, projections, photo ops, cool giveaways, special guests, and more!
